College Career
Konrad is the last Syracuse football player to wear the number 44. During the 2005 season the number 44 was officially retired, never to be worn again by a Syracuse football player.
The Syracuse University community remembered Konrad well after he left, naming a Marshall Street bar after him. The bar was one of the most popular among students in the early 2000s.
