Tandon is a Punjabi, clan settled in Pakistan and India. They are Hindus and Sikhs in India while Muslims in Pakistan. Tandon is a popular Khatri family name of Hindus, Jatt or Sikhs People, and Tandon Highly Caste in Punjabi People, thought to have been derived from Sanskrit word marthanda (sun).
