Pensby is a large village on the Wirral Peninsula, England, located to the north east of Heswall. Historically part of Cheshire, it is within the Pensby & Thingwall Ward of the Metropolitan Borough of Wirral and is situated within the parliamentary constituency of Wirral West. At the 2001 Census, the population of the village was 6,900 and the total population for the ward was 13,314.
