Pakokku (Burmese: ပခုက္ကူ, ) is a town in the Magway Region in Myanmar. It is situated about 30 km northwest of Bagan on the Ayeyarwady River. It is the administration seat of Pakokku Township and Pakokku District.
The town is home to the Computer University, Pakokku, Pakokku Education College and Pakokku University.
