Personal Life
Saakashvili married Dutch-born Sandra Roelofs, whom he met in 1993. The couple has two sons, Eduard (born July 21, 1995) and Nikoloz (born December 19, 2005). Eduard claimed, in June 2011, the world record for speed typing on an iPad.
Apart from his native Georgian, Saakashvili speaks fluent English, French, Russian, and Ukrainian, and has some command of Ossetian and Spanish.
