Personal Life
Dicks met his wife Kay in 1985 and they married in 1988. They had twin daughters Jessica and Katie in December 1988. The couple were married for 13 years until divorcing in 2001. His brother, Grantley is also a former footballer and coach. He went on to run the Shepherd & Dog Public House in Langham, near Colchester, Essex, before moving to Spain.
