Famous quotes containing the words fighting and/or career:
“My grandfather fell on Vinegar Hill,
And fighting was not his trade;
But his rusty pikes in the cabin still,
With Hessian blood on the blade.”
—Joseph I. C. Clarke (18461925)
“Never hug and kiss your children! Mother love may make your childrens infancy unhappy and prevent them from pursuing a career or getting married! Thats total hogwash, of course. —Lawrence Kutner (20th century)
