Hurricane Easy

There have been several hurricanes designated Easy when the initial naming system was used (the Phonetic alphabet).

  • 1950's Hurricane Easy - made landfall in Florida as a Category 3 hurricane; caused heavy damage in Cedar Key and produced heavy rainfall
  • 1951's Hurricane Easy - Category 5 hurricane that never threatened land.
  • 1952's Hurricane Easy - a minor storm.
