Eugenie "Genie" Francis Frakes (born Eugenie Ann Francis on May 26, 1962) is an American actress known for her portrayal of Laura Spencer on the ABC Daytime soap opera General Hospital, and Genevieve Atkinson on the CBS Daytime soap opera The Young and the Restless. She will soon appear in the web series PRETTY.
