Loaiza was married to Mexican-American singer Jenni Rivera, and is the former brother in law of Lupillo Rivera. According to reports, the divorce papers were filed on Monday, October 1, 2012. The statement released by Jenni's reps, states that the divorce is due to "irreconcilable differences on behalf of both parties derived from private circumstances that occurred during the lapse of their two-year marriage."
