Carlos Silva (born April 23, 1979 in Bolívar, Venezuela) is a Venezuelan professional baseball pitcher who is a free agent. Previously, he played for the Philadelphia Phillies (2002–2003), Minnesota Twins (2004–2007), Seattle Mariners (2008–2009) and the Chicago Cubs (2010). He bats and throws right-handed.
