10th Ohio Infantry
The 10th Ohio Volunteer Infantry (or 10th OVI) was an infantry regiment in the Union Army during the American Civil War. The regiment was also known as the Montgomery Regiment and the Bloody Tenth. The 10th Ohio Infantry was predominantly made up of Irish American recruits, but two companies were made up of German American recruits.
