Name Change
The 2007 event was promoted as Vengeance: Night of Champions and featured all WWE titles being defended. In 2008, the event dropped the Vengeance name and continued to promote as Night of Champions, later moving to September in 2010. In 2011, WWE scheduled both a Night of Champions and Vengeance event where the latter name would replace WWE Bragging Rights on the October 2011 event card while Night of Champions retained its original slot. In 2012 the Vengeance name was removed from the scheduled event calendar for that year.

Famous quotes containing the word change:
“We are such docile creatures, normally, that it takes a virus to jolt us out of life’s routine. A couple of days in a fever bed are, in a sense, health-giving; the change in body temperature, the change in pulse rate, and the change of scene have a restorative effect on the system equal to the hell they raise.”
—E.B. (Elwyn Brooks)
“The attitude is we live and let live. This is actually an amazing change in values in a rather short time and it’s an example of freedom from religion.”
—Tom Wolfe (b. 1931)
