WSYT is the Fox-affiliated television station for Central Upstate New York that is licensed to Syracuse. It broadcasts a high definition digital signal on UHF channel 19 (or virtual channel 68.1 via PSIP) from a transmitter on Barker Street in Otisco's Maple Grove section. The station can also be seen on Time Warner Cable channel 8 and in high definition on digital channel 868. Owned by the Sinclair Broadcast Group, WSYT operates MyNetworkTV affiliate WNYS-TV (owned by RKM Media, Inc.) through a local marketing agreement (LMA).
