History
The mall opened in 1979 and has since undergone four expansions. In 1999, Willowbrook underwent a major renovation and expansion, including a new 22,000 square feet (2,000 m2) wing, with anchor stores such as Sport Chek. New interior and exterior signage, including a new logo, accompanied the other changes. Today, Willowbrook Shopping Centre is a regional centre with over 640,000 square feet (59,000 m2).
