Vigrahapala

Vigrahapala was the fifth emperor of the Pala dynasty and the successor of Mahendrapala, the son and successor of Devapala. He reigned for 1 year. Vigrahapala was a grandson of Dharmapala's younger brother Vakapala and son of Jayapala. He was succeeded by his son, Narayanapala. The information about him and his ancestors are found in the Bhagalpur copper-plate inscription of his son, Narayanapala.
