Tet Festival
UVSA's Tet Festival is organized each year to celebrate the New Lunar Year. With almost 150,000 attendees joining this generally three-day celebration, it is the largest Vietnamese event that takes place in Little Saigon. The festival usually includes many cultural booths, a carnival with rides for children, a replica of a Vietnamese village and three days of entertainment programs ranging from famous Vietnamese celebrities, martial arts performances to pageant shows and children's contest. Though the festival has taken place in various cities, it has remained at its current location at the Garden Grove Park in Garden Grove since 2000.
