This album is a special recorded project that featured all major label artists. Tito picked out his favorite artists that he wanted to work with in the underground and he did. The first song recorded for the project was We Gangsta Feat Freeway and Tito went from there with the rest of the ROC crew to make a great independent project that sold well over 150,000 units.The best of, collaborations.
