State University of New York at Fredonia - Residence Halls

Residence Halls

SUNY Fredonia has 14 Residence Halls. These halls consist of five single sex and nine coeducational buildings. Students also have a choice of building style: corridor, suite, kitchen-suite, or independent living. Corridor style residence halls are long, staggered hallways with no sections, whereas suites are short corridors with either staggered hallways extending from the main corridor, or doors leading into the individual suites. All rooms are double rooms though University Commons does have single rooms

Famous quotes containing the words residence and/or halls:

If you would feel the full force of a tempest, take up your residence on the top of Mount Washington, or at the Highland Light, in Truro.
    Henry David Thoreau (1817–1862)

Saving lives is not a top priority in the halls of power. Being compassionate and concerned about human life can cause a man to lose his job. It can cause a woman not to get the job to begin with.
Myriam Miedzian, U.S. author. Boys Will Be Boys, ch. 2 (1991)
