Sardar Buta Singh

Buta Singh (born on 21 March 1934) was Chairman of National Commission for Scheduled Castes (NCSC) (ranked as cabinet minister) from 2007-2010. He is a Senior Congress leader and is one of the longest serving polticians of India.He is considered to be the Dalit face of the Indian National Congress Party.
