Rod Strickland
Rodney "Rod" Strickland (born July 11, 1966) is a retired American professional basketball player and currently in an administrative role for the University of Kentucky basketball team under head coach John Calipari. Strickland was formerly the director of basketball operations at the University of Memphis. He is also the godfather of 2011 NBA Draft first overall pick Kyrie Irving.
