Revenge of the Mummy was opened on 18 March 2010 with the soft opening of the park. This Revenge of the Mummy roller coaster is nearly identical to the version at Universal Studios Florida. However, the Singapore version includes new sounds and effects, as well as a new ending featuring Imhotep being sealed inside his tomb. The ride's new theming was designed by Adirondack Studios, ITEC Entertainment Corp. and Universal Creative.
