Poland entered three women and one man in its sixth appearance in Olympic archery. Veteran Joanna Nowicka had the best result of the individual round, while the women's team won the bronze medal.

Women's Individual Competition:

• Joanna Nowicka → Round of 16, 11th place (2-1)
• Katarzyna Klata → Round of 32, 25th place (1-1)
• Iwona Dzięcioł → Round of 64, 33rd place (0-1)

Men's Individual Competition:

• Paweł Szymczak → Round of 32, 29th place (1-1)

Women's Team Competition:

• Nowicka, Klata, and Dzięcioł → Bronze Medal Match → Bronze Medal (3-1)
