Major Projects
PRRPS has completed a number of major projects since its inception. These include return to service of steam locomotives and heritage rolling stock, rebuilding large sections of railway line and permanent way, and the restoration of historic buildings.
The most significant of these projects include the complete rebuild of Commonwealth Railways NM class steam locomotive number 25, and the rebuilding of railway line from Woolshed flat to Stirling North and then to Port Augusta.
