Organizational Research Methods

Organizational Research Methods is a quarterly peer-reviewed academic journal supported by the Research Methods Division of the Academy of Management. It covers research methods in organizational and management studies. The editor-in-chief is José M. Cortina (George Mason University). The journal was established in 1998 and according to the Journal Citation Reports, it has a 2011 impact factor of 3.257, ranking it 4th out of 73 journals in the category "Psychology, Applied" and 19th out of 168 journals in the category "Management".
