OPASTCO

OPASTCO (also known as the Organization for the Promotion and Advancement of Small Telecommunications Companies; formerly the Organization for the Protection and Advancement of Small Telephone Companies) is a United States telecommunications trade association for rural, independent telecommunications companies that operate apart from the Regional Bell Operating Companies. Its headquarters are located in Washington, D.C., and it currently serves approximately 600 independently owned local exchange carriers and their affiliate companies.
