Official Jetix Magazine
Jetix Magazine was a four-weekly publication from Future Publishing and Jetix available in the United Kingdom that launched in September 2004 until August 2009. Following the loss of the licence from Jetix, Future relaunched the magazine as Nitro (Magazine)
It served as both a guide and showcase for programmes airing on the Jetix UK digital channel. Catering mostly to younger readers, the magazine was simple in its approach and content, offering up very easy summaries of their programming, and even simpler reviews of recently released video games and films, similar to many other children's games and variety magazines.
The magazine was edited by Cavan Scott at launch followed by Richard Owen who took over the editorship in 2007. Owen had previously been Deputy Editor

Famous quotes containing the words official and/or magazine:
“Well, on the official record you’re my son. But on this post you’re just another trooper. You heard me tell the recruits what I need from them. Twice that I will expect from you.... You’ve chosen my way of life. I hope you have the guts enough to endure it. But put outa your mind any romantic ideas that it’s a way to glory. It’s a life of suffering and of hardship and uncompromising devotion to your oath and your duty.”
—James Kevin McGuinness, and John Ford. Lt. Col. Kirby Yorke (John Wayne)
“Prostitutes have very improperly been styled women of pleasure; they are women of pain, or sorrow, of grief, of bitter and continual repentance, without a hope of obtaining a pardon.”
—Anonymous, U.S. women’s magazine contributor. Weekly Visitor or Ladies Miscellany, p. 85 (January 1804)
