New Brunswick

New Brunswick (French: Nouveau-Brunswick; ) is one of Canada's three Maritime provinces and is the only province in the federation that is constitutionally bilingual (English–French). Fredericton is the capital and Saint John is the most populous city. Greater Moncton is the province's largest Census Metropolitan Area. Through the 2011 nation wide census, Statistics Canada estimates the provincial population in 2011 to have been 751,171; a majority of the population is English-speaking, but there is also a large Francophone minority (33%), chiefly of Acadian origin.
