Early Life and Education

Al-Kudsi was born in Aleppo on 14 February 1906. After receiving his high school degree in the Aleppo American College al-Kudsi obtained his university degree in law from Damascus University. He received a master's degree from the American University of Beirut (AUB), and PhD from the University of Geneva.
