PT Media Nusantara Citra Tbk (MNC) is a media company in Indonesia founded in 1997. It is owned by PT Global Mediacom Tbk. In October 17, 2011, Los Angeles-based American investment company, Saban Capital Group acquired a 7.5% stake.
MNC businesses include broadcasting media, print media, radio, telecommunications, financial services, agencies and online shopping. In 2009, MNC Media was acquired PT Java Festival Production, PT Indosat Tbk and PT Garudafood Indonesia to became a subsidiary of MNC Media. In 2010, MNC Media was acquired PT Jaya Ancol, BII Maybank and Bukopin to became a subsidiary of MNC Media.
