Fourth Division
The Fourth Division (or 4. HNL) is further regionally subdivided into eight groups with a total of 120 clubs which are feeders to different Third Division (3. HNL) groups according to their location:
- Feeders to 3. HNL West
- 4. HNL Centre A (Karlovac, Krapina-Zagorje and the City of Zagreb counties) has 16 clubs
- 4. HNL Centre B (Sisak-Moslavina and Zagreb counties) has 18 clubs
- 4. HNL West (Primorje-Gorski Kotar, Lika-Senj and Istria counties) has 16 clubs
- Feeders to 3. HNL South
- 4. HNL South A (Split-Dalmatia and Dubrovnik-Neretva counties) has 12 clubs
- 4. HNL South B (Šibenik-Knin and Zadar counties) has 11 clubs
- Feeders to 3. HNL East
- 4. HNL East (Osijek-Baranja, Vukovar-Syrmia, Požega-Slavonia and Brod-Posavina counties) has 16 clubs
- 4. HNL North A (Međimurje and Varaždin counties) has 14 clubs
- 4. HNL North B (Koprivnica-Križevci, Bjelovar-Bilogora and Virovitica-Podravina counties) has 17 clubs
