This is a list of association football clubs located in Croatia, sorted by league and division within the Croatian football league system, as of the 2012–13 season. A total of 108 clubs compete in the top three tiers of the Croatian football pyramid, divided as follows:
- 1. HNL (also known as Prva HNL; 12 clubs)
- 2. HNL (also known as Druga HNL; 16 clubs)
- 3. HNL (also known as Treća HNL; 80 clubs, competing in five regional divisions with 16 clubs each)
