John Cornell (born 1941) is an Australian film producer, writer, actor, and businessman who was born in Kalgoorlie, Western Australia. He is best known for his role as "Strop" in The Paul Hogan Show, and he was instrumental in the introduction of World Series Cricket in 1977.
