Joel Sheltrown (born 1947) is a Democratic state legislator from the state of Michigan. He currently serves in the Michigan State House of Representatives, representing the 103rd District. The 103rd District is located in the northern Lower Peninsula and includes all of Iosco, Missaukee, Ogemaw and Roscommon Counties. He was elected on November 2, 2004 to replace outgoing Rep. Dale Sheltrown, his brother.
