International Coordination Meeting of Youth Organisations

The International Coordination Meeting of Youth Organisations (ICMYO), an international forum for the world's largest youth movements and regional youth platforms, meets once a year. It involves regional platforms such as the Pan African Youth Union (PYU), Asian Youth Council, Pacific Youth Council and the European Youth Forum. Next to these, it gathers international youth organisations such as World Organisation of the Scout Movement, Young Men's Christian Association, Global Young Greens, IUSY, and Pax Romana (IMCS).

Famous quotes containing the words meeting and/or youth:

Passing through here in 1795, Bishop Asbury commented, ‘The country improves in cultivation, wickedness, mills, and stills.’ Five years later, he held a meeting in the neighborhood and remarked that he thought most of the congregation had come to look at his wig.
—Administration in the State of Sout, U.S. public relief program (1935-1943)

    Could beauty be beaten out,
O youth the cities have sent
to strike at each other’s strength,
it is you who have kept her alight.
    Hilda Doolittle (1886–1961)
