Divisions
As of 2011, the IIHF World Championships are split up into four different divisions. This is the alignment of the divisions, accurate as of the 2012 IIHF World Ranking. Teams that are not ranked are not included here, for a full list of IIHF members, see List of members of the International Ice Hockey Federation.
