Famous quotes containing the words information, management, systems and/or society:

But while ignorance can make you insensitive, familiarity can also numb. Entering the second half-century of an information age, our cumulative knowledge has changed the level of what appalls, what stuns, what shocks.
    Anna Quindlen (b. 1952)

    Catherine E. Beecher (1800–1878)

    Anne Sullivan (1866–1936)

The best way to rise in society is to use all possible means of persuading people that one has already risen in society.
François, Duc De La Rochefoucauld (1613–1680)
