Match Programmes and Newspaper
In 2006 all Swedish clubs in Allsvenskan was given an offer from Aftonbladet to print their match programmes, aside from AIK, Djurgårdens IF and Hammarby IF, who signed a deal with newspaper competitor Expressen. Halmstads BK rejected the offer and chose to print their own match program, making them currently the only club in the top league with their own match programme.
The club also print a minor newspaper known as Tidningen HBK (eng: Newspaper HBK), witch contains interviews with players, fans and other people connected to the club. It comes out as a supplement to the local newspaper Hallandsposten. It is also available to download on the clubs homepage.

Famous quotes containing the words match and/or newspaper:
“Lady Sondes match surprises, but does not offend me; had her
first marriage been of affection, or had their been a grown-up
daughter, I should not have forgiven her; but I consider
everybody as having a right to marry once in their lives for
love, if they can.”
—Jane Austen (17751817)
“A strange age of the world this, when empires, kingdoms, and republics come a-begging to a private mans door, and utter their complaints at his elbow! I cannot take up a newspaper but I find that some wretched government or other, hard pushed and on its last legs, is interceding with me, the reader, to vote for it.”
—Henry David Thoreau (18171862)
