History
The club was founded in 1934. They played 19 seasons in the Finnish premier division Veikkausliiga between 1984 and 2004. The club was dissolved in 2005, as a result of financial difficulties. The club won the Finnish championship title in 1993 and 1996. . 2006 the club made a come-back in Satakunta region 5th division Vitonen with the name FC Jazz-juniorit. 2009 FC Jazz-juniorit played their first season in Kakkonen, which is the third tier in Finnish football league system. In 2010 the club took back the name FC Jazz, and are now playing for third season in Kakkonen.
