Early Life
Emanuel began playing the guitar and piano at the age of six, and joined his father’s Greek band at the age of thirteen. He graduated from Youngstown State University in Youngstown, Ohio in 1989 with a degree in music, and then relocated to Minneapolis, Minnesota.
