Career
Sursara is an ecologist, conservationist, documentary filmmaker, correspondent and occasional actress. She developed a cult following in 2005 when her photos and information, presumably made popular by her work as a conservationist, were used in social identity cloning. Sursara works to promote improved standards of animal welfare for wildlife, marine life and domestic animals and to protect habitats and natural resources. Her work is supported by several high profile organizations including the Environmental Investigation Agency who often feature her writing and projects. Her celebrity has seen her personal life loosely documented by international media. In addition to her own conservation efforts, she uses her name and connections to add gravitas and fund-raising capacity to other non-profit organizations and individuals.

Famous quotes containing the word career:
“A black boxers career is the perfect metaphor for the career of a black male. Every day is like being in the gym, sparring with impersonal opponents as one faces the rudeness and hostility that a black male must confront in the United States, where he is the object of both fear and fascination.”
—Ishmael Reed (b. 1938)
“The problem, thus, is not whether or not women are to combine marriage and motherhood with work or career but how they are to do soconcomitantly in a two-role continuous pattern or sequentially in a pattern involving job or career discontinuities.”
—Jessie Bernard (20th century)
“He was at a starting point which makes many a mans career a fine subject for betting, if there were any gentlemen given to that amusement who could appreciate the complicated probabilities of an arduous purpose, with all the possible thwartings and furtherings of circumstance, all the niceties of inward balance, by which a man swings and makes his point or else is carried headlong.”
—George Eliot [Mary Ann (or Marian)
