In the United States, Coca-Cola primarily uses high-fructose corn syrup as a sweetener. Coca-Cola made with cane sugar (sucrose) is available in certain markets in 2-liter bottles in the weeks leading up to Passover and is available in most markets year round in 12-ounce glass bottles imported from Mexico.
