- Cr. Ange Kenos J. P. (Australian Labor Party)
- Cr. James Rankin (Australian Labor Party)
- Cr. Narelle Sharpe
- Cr. John Sipek (Australian Labor Party)
- Cr. Miriam Gillis, who joined the Council in January 2011 on a countback after the resignation of Cr Rose Iser who accepted a position as electorate officer with Federal Australian Greens MHR Adam Bandt.
