Chloe Jones - Death

Death

Before Jones was able to make her comeback, however, her health began to fail. She died in 2005. Her death was attributed to liver failure caused by years of alcohol and prescription drug abuse. She was addicted to the painkiller Vicodin. Jones died in a charity hospital. She was buried at Woodlawn Garden of Memories Cemetery in Houston, Texas. She is survived by three children: a girl (born 1996), and twin boys (born 1997), and her husband, Mike Taylor.

Famous quotes containing the word death:

I mourn the safe and motherly old middle-class queen, who held the nation warm under the fold of her big, hideous Scotch-plaid shawl and whose duration had been so extraordinarily convenient and beneficent. I felt her death much more than I should have expected; she was a sustaining symbol—and the wild waters are upon us now.
    Henry James (1843–1916)

The things a man has to have are hope and confidence in himself against odds, and sometimes he needs somebody, his pal or his mother or his wife or God, to give him that confidence. He’s got to have some inner standards worth fighting for or there won’t be any way to bring him into conflict. And he must be ready to choose death before dishonor without making too much song and dance about it. That’s all there is to it.
    Clark Gable (1901–1960)

To these, whom Death again did wed,
    This grave’s the second Marriage-bed.
    Richard Crashaw (1613?–1649)
