Response Assignments
The following are the response protocols used by the Chicago Fire Department's two fire alarm offices: Main Fire Alarm Office and Englewood Fire Alarm Office, also known as "Main" and "Englewood". The Main Office covers the city north of the South Branch of the Chicago River, while "Englewood" covers the city south of the South Branch of the Chicago River.
