Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport - Structure

Structure

The airport consists of two passenger terminals: Terminal 1 at Santacruz for domestic flights and Terminal 2 at Sahar for international flights. These terminals use the same airside facilities but are physically separated on the cityside, requiring a 15–20 minute (airside) drive between them. MIAL operates coach shuttle services between the domestic and international terminals for transit passengers.

Terminal 1 is further divided into Terminal 1A and Terminal 1B. Terminal 1A serves Indian, Alliance Air, Kingfisher Airlines and Go-Air. Terminal 1B serves Deccan Air, Jet and other private domestic carriers.

Terminal 2 is now Terminal 2A. Terminal 2A serves general International airlines whereas Terminal 2C exclusively operates nationalized government carriers Air India and Air India express and which are served by Air India ground operations. Terminal 2B is currently in operative.

Famous quotes containing the word structure:

The syntactic component of a grammar must specify, for each sentence, a deep structure that determines its semantic interpretation and a surface structure that determines its phonetic interpretation.
    Noam Chomsky (b. 1928)

... the structure of our public morality crashed to earth. Above its grave a tombstone read, “Be tolerant—even of evil.” Logically the next step would be to say to our commonwealth’s criminals, “I disagree that it’s all right to rob and murder, but naturally I respect your opinion.” Tolerance is only complacence when it makes no distinction between right and wrong.
Sarah Patton Boyle, U.S. civil rights activist and author. The Desegregated Heart, part 2, ch. 2 (1962)

There is no such thing as a language, not if a language is anything like what many philosophers and linguists have supposed. There is therefore no such thing to be learned, mastered, or born with. We must give up the idea of a clearly defined shared structure which language-users acquire and then apply to cases.
    Donald Davidson (b. 1917)
