Nedley Mandingo (formerly known as Ned Schnittt) is a fictional character on the Bubba the Love Sponge Show who sings parodies and lives a crazy lifestyle. He’s cranky, rude, abrasive, and perverted. He is known to do song parodies to recent events. At 7:40 am, Bubba has a stint called "Ned's Load" which is any old Ned bit, ranging from prank calls to song parodies. On May 19, 2012 they removed the 9:40 am ned "load" and are now playing old Manson bits.

Ned is voiced by Mike "Manson" Waters on the radio and played by Manson's father-in-law (Robert "Bob" Graham) in public. When Ned is required to speak in public, such as his standup on the "Bubbapalooza" tour, Manson wears a costume dressed as Ned with the lights dimmed.

There have been many events that point to Manson being Ned. During the "hog incident" case, Bubba's lawyer argued the prosecution could not call "Ned" to the stand because of "trade secrets". Bubba will often ask Ned a question and you will hear Manson's voice. When Manson is out, Ned is also out, with an example being the first Friday morning on Sirius which Manson had to miss due to his children's soccer tournament. Also at the Howard Stern Film Festival, Ned (Manson's father-in-law) was interviewed by Shuli Egar and it was clear that he did not sound like the Ned on the radio show. Hulk Hogan also let it slip that Ned stood for "Non-Existent Dude". There has also been many occasions where Bubba talks about "the three of us", in reference to former co-host Spiceboy, Brent Hatley and Manson, rather than adding in Ned as the fourth co-host. "Ned" announced on March 20, 2012 that he had his "4-wheelers" stolen from his home. Hernando Sheriff case report #2012-09502 for two stolen 4-wheelers is at the same address as Mansons father-in-law the same weekend in question. The Weeki Wachee, FL address listed on the Sheriff report is the same address that is registered to "Tiger Lilli's Florist", a flower shop that Manson says on the air that he and his wife own. It was named after Donna's mother "Lillian" who plays "Garnet" (Neds wife) in public. To add to the facts, the press release sent out when Andrew Eden was hired thanked all the staff while "Ned" was noticeably absent from this list.

On September 25, 2012, LudlowLebron released emails between Bubba and Cowhead (Former co-host) where Cowhead said that Bubba is a "guy with a fake character" on his show, referring to Ned.

Hulk Hogan tweeted on Oct 17, 2012 that Manson or Ned were the "same". This was one of many tweets that Hogan made after finding out that Clem had filmed him having sex with his ex-wife.

The Rev Bob Levy Bob_Levy_(comedian) (having been in the studio many times) said on his internet radio show that Manson plays the part of Ned in the studio and that his father-in-law plays "ned" in public.
