Billy Abbott
William Foster "Billy" Abbott is a fictional character from the American CBS Daytime soap opera The Young and the Restless. He has been portrayed by Billy Miller since 2008. Billy is the son of the late John Abbott and Jill Foster Abbott. He is the younger brother of Philip Chancellor III, Jack, Ashley and Traci Abbott.
