Leadership Development Programme
This programme helps students make the critical transition from the classroom to the next phase of their lives. Apart from conducting adventure-based activities, the programme seeks to train its participants in corporate training techniques, induce team spirit, enhance effective communication skills and teach ethical decision-making.
