Microsoft Office Language Packs (also called as Microsoft Office Language Interface Pack-LIP) provides support for users to create and edit files in different languages, as well as providing the menus and help documentation for those languages. They apply to the Microsoft Office suites Microsoft Office 2007 & Microsoft Office 2010. The Language Interface Pack(LIP's) aren’t available yet for Microsoft Office 2013.
